As a Software Development Intern, you will be part of an innovative product development team committed to designing advanced systems for printing and personalizing credit cards, passports, driver's licenses, national IDs, and more. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience by engaging in challenging assignments that contribute substantial value to the business. You will collaborate within cross-functional teams to create impactful products, specifically focusing on developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent Solutions that align with project objectives and support the overall product development process.

  • Technical problem solving
  • Identify and implement AI agent solution opportunities within the Entrust IT Infrastructure Environment
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and developers
  • Develop AI Agent solutions to assist in solving design problems
  • Participate in AI Agent Solution design reviews
  • Prototype and test AI Agent Solutions
  • Develop and provide training for developed AI Agent Solutions
  • Provide solutions and recommendations for technical problems
  • Pursuing a BS degree in Software Engineering or related field
  • Artificial Intelligent Agent development experience
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
  • Proficiency in programming and debugging with Python, C#, C++, and SQL
  • LangChain experience
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Machine Learning or Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Strong interest in product design solutions
  • Commitment to learning and continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized
  • Ability to excel in highly interactive cross-functional team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
