About The Position

DeepHealth is seeking a Software Developer Intern for Summer 2026 to join our Seattle-area engineering team. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on building and shipping production-grade systems in a fast-paced healthcare AI environment.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
• Experience in one or more of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++
• Ability to work on-site in the Seattle/Bothell area for the full internship
• Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors.
• Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance.
• Follows all local, state and federal laws concerning employment to include but not limited to: I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil rights and ADA.
• Follows OSHA regulations, RadNet and site protocols, policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), modern web frameworks, or AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Interns will contribute directly to live product development in one of the following areas:
• Agentic AI Engineering: · Build and deploy AI agents on real-world healthcare datasets · Develop orchestration logic and evaluation pipelines · Integrate LLM-powered workflows into production systems
• Full Stack Engineering · Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs · Build responsive front-end applications · Contribute to cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Across both tracks, interns will: · Write clean, testable, production-quality code · Participate in design reviews and system architecture discussions · Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams · Deliver a high-impact project by the end of the internship
