About The Position

Based at our Ann Arbor site, in the Software Developer Intern role you will provide software development and testing support for biotechnology imaging application. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining practical experience in software development methodologies and technologies. This role offers an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to meaningful projects. What you will accomplish together with us: Work with other software developers and scientists in agile software development environment Develop and maintain C++ and/or C# code Develop unit tests for image analysis software Assist in the development of automated tests and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Present work through presentations and reports as directed What will convince us: Must be a rising Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s, or Master’s in a relevant program such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree and in good academic standing Must live in a commutable distance to Ann Arbor Good understanding of Software Development Fundamentals Familiarity with software development tools, such as Visual Studio and Git. Proficiency in C/C++, Python and .NET programming Working knowledge with image processing and computer vision preferred Good verbal and written communication skills Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment Compensation is $28 hr. Requirements

• Must be a rising Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s, or Master’s in a relevant program such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree and in good academic standing
