We're seeking a Software Developer Intern to help build and deploy a centralized Workforce Capability System across our operations sites. This system will serve as a single source of truth for tracking employee skills, aligning pay with verified capabilities, and enabling smarter labor planning. This internship will begin as a part-time role in January 2026, with the possibility to extend into a full-time internship Summer 2026, based on business needs and performance.
