About The Position

The Software Developer III (Power Platform Developer) position is a remote role focused on designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate. The developer will work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to create scalable solutions that meet organizational needs, while also providing technical support and guidance to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience in Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer.
• Proficient in both Model-Driven and Canvas based PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, components, and capabilities.
• Proficient in Power Automate expressions, Power Apps formula language (PowerFx), DAX, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration techniques, and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop and configure Power Apps applications to support data entry and user interactions based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate workflows and automation solutions.
• Perform data integration and manipulation tasks using connectors and APIs.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
• Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.
