This position would be on our iVUE Connect Service Development team, which is NISC's solution providing functionality to support and enhance the business processes performed by customer service representatives in the billing department, such as reviewing the details of a customer's recent bill, adding charges to the customer's account, enrolling the customer in a billing program (e.g. budget or prepaid billing), adjusting a customer's bill, among many others.
