This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days. Our Conversational Search team is building Redfin’s next generation artificial intelligence powered home search experience, redefining how millions of users discover homes. This is one of Redfin’s most ambitious and visible product initiatives for 2026, combining conversational UI, LLM powered reasoning, and high performance backend systems to create a fast, intuitive and deeply helpful way to search for homes. Because this new search paradigm attracts significant engagement and traffic, performance, reliability, and thoughtful UX design are critical.
