About The Position

We are seeking a Software Developer to support the development of data pipelines and analytic solutions within a mission-focused environment. This role focuses on building and maintaining extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, contributing to data modeling efforts, and supporting identity data management initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Python, data analysis, and CI/CD practices, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph
• Must be willing and able to work fully onsite at the location listed in this posting
• Experience programming in Python
• Experience developing and maintaining ETL processes or data pipelines
• Experience participating in data modeling or data architecture efforts
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git or GitHub
• Experience performing data analysis and developing analytical models
• Experience writing database queries and developing custom scripts

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in large-scale data environments or identity data management systems
• Experience developing graphical interfaces or data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration across development and production environments
• Participate in data modeling efforts to support enterprise data management and analytics initiatives
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and implementations
• Perform advanced data analysis and develop models to support data-driven decision making
• Develop custom database scripts, queries, and user-facing interfaces
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git or GitHub
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data architecture and system enhancements
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems
