At Leidos' High Fidelity Simulation Business Area, we’re not just building systems—we’re revolutionizing the future of naval simulation, training, and analysis for the US Navy. You will get to work with state-of-the art technology developing the most sophisticated and “game changing” trainers the US Navy deploys, systems such as CIAT - Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Trainer - YouTube . You will be part of a high-powered team, performing vital work that has a major impact within the US Navy. You will be constantly learning new skills throughout your co-op employment and your work will be included in trainer deliveries and used by US Navy Fleet personnel. Leidos is seeking energetic, motivated, self-starters for these technically sophisticated and challenging software developer positions. Software Developer Co-ops may develop system software, numerical models, or back-end development. All software is developed and executed in a Linux environment and written primarily in C++. All work is directly applicable to actual military training systems. Co-op students will gain invaluable, real-world experience on state-of-the-art computer-based systems. This co-op rotation will start in May 2026 and conclude in December 2026. Subsequent co-op rotations are available for those who require multiple co-op experiences. Requirements

• You MUST be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• have at least a 3.2 GPA
• be able to demonstrate solid C++ software development skills
• You MUST be available to work at least 7 months full time as a co-op
• You MUST have U.S. Citizenship and be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government granted security clearance. Employment is contingent on receiving an interim Secret security clearance
• candidates must be dedicated to producing quality work results and must be extremely attentive to detail
