About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive feasibility study of the initial Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application.
• Create a detailed design specification of the application.
• Code the IVR and call routing application, ensuring compliance with the design specification and source code management.
• Test the IVR and call routing application, including functionality, usability, and performance.
• Architect, design, implement, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to support application development, enhancements, new features, migrations, and ongoing maintenance activities.
