Requirements

  • 10+ years leading technical architecture and engineering programs.
  • 10+ years of program/project management and product design experience.
  • Extensive experience delivering complex technical projects, ideally within global enterprises
  • Proven success communicating and influencing at the executive/C-level
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Software Products and OCI
  • Experience with modern architecture paradigms, cloud native designs, and scalable AI solutions
  • Strong analytic, process improvement, and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple high-impact projects under deadline
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects/features from concept through launch and operations.
  • Translate business needs into technical strategy, architecture, and implementation plans.
  • Drive design reviews, technical decision-making, and quality standards (performance, reliability, security).
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, SRE/Operations, UX, and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and improve processes to increase velocity and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and guide other engineers; contribute to best practices and technical community.
