About The Position

The ideal candidate will have high level of experience in device driver development and debugging Linux OS related issues. In addition, the candidate should have working knowledge of interaction between the OS, BIOS and Baseboard Management Controller. Should have strong Linux internals knowledge and deep experience analyzing kernel crash dumps using tools such as the crash utility. Should have good understanding of PCI initialization, enumeration and understanding of RAS events both in the CPU and PCI subsystems. Knowledge of Oracle Engineered systems/Exadata stack and working with Linux to fine tune performance of the Exadata stack.
