The Strategic Customers, Engineering team (SCE) at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers, who are the key drivers of our revenue. In response to rapid market growth across Cloud Native businesses in APAC, we are establishing the APAC Strategic Pursuits team to guide Oracle’s largest and high growth cloud opportunities to success. As the principal solution architects in this team, you will be helping the most strategic customers in the region with solving technical challenges with OCI. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical interface and owner for bringing tech solutions to strategic customers, through the strong and close partnership with TPMs, customer engineers, and OCI back-end services and infra teams.
  • Identify and address key technical blockers. Own the strategy and the execution with back end service and capacity teams that is focused on customer excellence.
  • Be the voice of customers to Oracle’s various cloud engineering teams, while also speaking of the product view when addressing customer’s demand with front end teams and earn trust from service teams.
  • Facilitating conversations between back end teams with customers, bridging both the technology barriers, as well as the language and culture barrier.
