About The Position

As a Senior/Principal AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between raw Large Language Models and production-grade enterprise software. Your mission is to build the "brain" of Oracle Fusion—a scalable, reliable platform that enables AI Agents to reason, perceive, and act across complex business workflows. Unlike traditional ML roles, your focus isn't on training models from scratch. Instead, you will treat AI as a distributed systems challenge. You will design the architecture that allows agents to maintain long-term context, process multimodal inputs (including audio and video), and execute precise business logic through advanced prompt engineering and tool-use. You will be a technical leader, mentoring engineers and establishing software best practices for a rapidly evolving AI stack.

Responsibilities

  • Agentic Orchestration: Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent workflows using frameworks like AutoGen and LangGraph to solve non-linear enterprise problems.
  • Advanced RAG & Memory: Architect high-performance RAG pipelines and complex memory management systems (short-term, long-term, and semantic) to ensure agents maintain state and context across long-running business processes.
  • Multimodal Integration: Implement and optimize support for Multimodal LLMs, enabling the platform to ingest, reason over, and generate insights from Audio and Video data.
  • Application-Side LLM Ops: Master advanced prompt engineering and tool-augmentation techniques (function calling) to ensure high-fidelity outputs and minimize hallucination in production.
  • Data Retrieval Systems: Build and scale unstructured data solutions utilizing Vector DBs, Reranking, and GraphRAG to provide agents with hyper-relevant business context.
  • Agentic Evaluation: Develop comprehensive frameworks to measure agent performance, focusing on task completion accuracy, reasoning transparency, and multi-agent collaboration effectiveness.
  • Scalable AI Infrastructure: Build distributed, fault-tolerant AI services that handle enterprise-scale workloads with a focus on latency optimization and token-cost management.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers to translate ambiguous business needs into technical specifications and production-ready AI implementations.
