About The Position

We are looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in network protocols and application layer security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with L7 proxies in large-scale production environments and a solid understanding of service-to-service communication patterns. You will be responsible for implementing and managing our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of our services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with L7 proxies (NGINX, Envoy, HAProxy, etc.) in large-scale production environments.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP), application layer security, and service-to-service communication patterns.
• Experience in automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.).
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with API gateway products (Kong, Apigee, etc.) and service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) is a plus.
