These applications are comprised of handful of C# .Net intranet websites along with many web services and windows service applications. We primarily develop in Visual Studio 2022. In this position, you will also be writing and maintaining MS SQL database queries and stored procedures. This position includes both development and maintenance of applications as well as internal support of those applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ developing in C# .Net web services and applications (middle tier/BL/DAL)
  • Familiarity with .Net 4+ (Framework and .Net 6+), MS SQL, and Visual Studio 2019+
  • Exposure/Familiarity with Agile software development practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skill and works well in a team environment
  • Must be able to work autonomously without much oversight and direction
  • Strong professional work ethic
  • Be comfortable in a Lean / Agile work environment

Responsibilities

  • Code and test object-oriented code to improve efficiency in the manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with internal customers in developing requirements by suggesting solutions
  • Interpret business needs and implement solutions
  • Participate in agile development process, including scoping, effort estimation, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, maintenance, and support
  • Analyze and write SQL queries, stored procedures, and relational databases
  • Assist and interact with internal users and external business partners
  • Other duties may be assigned
