  • 3+ years of experience in signal processing, RF engineering, and programming languages such as C++, Python, or VHDL
  • 3+ years of experience in SDR applications
  • Experience with tools such as GNU Radio, USRP hardware, and SDR frameworks
  • Experience with RF design, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization tools
  • Experience with projects that integrate multiple types of technology, utilizing RF systems such as backhaul and transport
  • Knowledge of RF principles, antenna theory, and propagation models
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems involving RF technologies
  • Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with emerging RF technologies
  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines, including hardware, software, and system integration for complex systems
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Master's degree in an Engineering field
