The Work: As an Entry‑Level Software Engineer on the Offensive Cyber team, you will: Design & develop innovative software solutions that support offensive cyber operations. Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers, analysts, and mission planners to translate user needs into robust code. Debug, test, and refine existing applications, improving performance, reliability, and security. Create and execute software test plans to validate functionality and resilience. Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, proposing enhancements to tools, processes, and development pipelines. Stay ahead of emerging threats by researching new techniques, languages, and frameworks.   • Design & develop innovative software solutions that support offensive cyber operations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers, analysts, and mission planners to translate user needs into robust code.
  • Debug, test, and refine existing applications, improving performance, reliability, and security.
  • Create and execute software test plans to validate functionality and resilience.
  • Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, proposing enhancements to tools, processes, and development pipelines.
  • Stay ahead of emerging threats by researching new techniques, languages, and frameworks.
  • Candidate must possess active US security clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering from an accredited college. OR 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Computer Science, Information Systems or Network Engineering.
  • 2 years experience Windows, Linux, or network programming
  • Able to install and configure anti-virus and spy-ware.
  • Able to design, write and execute software test plans.
  • Certifications in any of the following
  • MCSE: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert,
  • RHCE: Red Hat Certified Engineer,
  • CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker,
  • CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate
