Requirements
- ERP Expertise: You possess hands-on, technical experience with ERP, construction, or accounting software.
- Proven Consultant: You bring a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of software consulting experience within the construction or accounting software industries.
- Project Leadership: You are a natural at requirements gathering, negotiating, and managing the change process for complex software implementations.
- Customer Advocate: You have a strong initiative and a customer-service orientation, with the ability to master training and presentation skills quickly.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the TrimbleOne product suite: Viewpoint Vista, Spectrum, or ProjectSight
- Advanced knowledge of construction project management or specialized accounting workflows.
- Prior experience managing 3-5 day on-site client engagements across North America.
Responsibilities
- Analyze unique customer business goals to design and deploy software solutions that drive full adoption of the Trimble ConstructionOne suite.
- Deliver high-impact consulting services, including business process reviews, strategic planning, and readiness assessments.
- Facilitate expert-level software application training that turns complex data into actionable insights for our clients.
- Act as the vital liaison between Trimble and our customers, fostering deep relationships and ensuring every client is delighted with their journey.
