General Summary: The Software Consultant - Modernization is a pivotal member of the ConnectWise post-sale organization, responsible for leading targeted, high-impact engagements with complex partners. This role interacts directly with partners for consulting and implementation needs, focusing on driving the transformation of partners’ legacy solutions and services to the modern ConnectWise platform. The Software Consultant collaborates with various teams to deliver quality technical solutions efficiently by analyzing partner needs, conducting research, resolving partner issues, and documenting solutions while promoting best practices to our partner base.
