We're hiring and growing in locations throughout the U.S. with our headquarters located in Norman, OK; We also have international offices in Peru and Mexico. You shall be required to work in our PCI Norman office on a hybrid basis (some days at home and some days in the Norman office).

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Provide expert advice on software solutions and strategies to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions that align with client goals.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the proposed solutions.
Manage and coordinate software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Actively participate in hands-on software development when needed.
Contribute to coding, testing, and debugging activities to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Apply this knowledge to enhance and optimize software development processes.
Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions.
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and assist clients in maximizing the benefits of the software.
Create comprehensive technical documentation for software solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness for both internal teams and clients.
