  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
  • 8+ years of related professional experience
  • Advanced written and oral communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced technical and operational proficiency in Configuration and Service Management
  • Proficient in product and process technical documentation
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management suites
