We are looking for you to join our team as a Software Configuration Analyst/Principal Software Configuration Analyst based out of the Linthicum (BWI) area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with at least 2 years of related experience; Master's with 0 years of experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance prior to starting.
  • 2 years of professional work experience in software configuration management or within a related area
  • 2 years of experience with coordinating/creating configured builds for test and delivery
  • 1 year of utilizing SCM principles, concepts, industry practices and standards is required
  • 1 year of experience with Agile methodology and working as a member of a software development team in an Agile environment

Nice To Haves

  • Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
  • Experience with implementing SCM on a large-scale program
  • Experience with software source control and configuration management tools and environments (Atlassian, Git, Jira, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Linux and Windows)
  • Experience in configuring and administering DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Gitlab Pipelines/Runners to streamline CI/CD processes
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or PowerShell

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating/creating configured builds for test and delivery
  • Administration of the SCM tools
  • Facilitate and scribe for control board meetings, creating build and delivery documentation, and process improvement activities
  • Establish and implement procedures to coordinate changes to program data and products
  • Possess understanding of SCM principles, concepts, industry practices and standards as required
