Santa Monica Seafood is seeking a seasoned Software and Business Intelligence Engineer with a strong blend of software development/engineering, report writing, and business analysis expertise. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in accounting, the food industry, and business operations relevant to food production and distribution. This cross-functional role will be instrumental in designing and implementing data-driven solutions, streamlining operational workflows, and building custom software/reporting tools that empower strategic decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will be a member of a small team chartered to deliver and maintain multiple applications (sales, purchasing, finance, production, HR) focused on the internal business teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with business teams and management to deploy solutions to all divisions of the company.
