Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in services or solutions business, sales, business development, engagement, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads the planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of services business development initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to define strategic requirements for partnership opportunities, assessing compatibility with existing strategies and capabilities.
  • Drives the qualification and management of leads to enhance the overall sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develops and implements strategic and tactical plans at the organizational level, achieving key milestones and objectives.
  • Drives talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
  • Serves as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.
  • Develops and monitors key performance metrics to track business development progress and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represents the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish the brand presence.
  • Directs the formulation of inventive concepts and principles, offering expertise in business value selling for particular service solutions.
  • Drives global vendor partnerships, acts as a sponsor for vendors’ budgets, and evaluates vendor performance.
