Generac Connectivity is hiring a Senior Software Business Analyst III. In this role located in Pewaukee WI, you will partner with Product Managers to translate product vision into an actionable backlog, guide day-to-day prioritization, validate completed work against acceptance criteria, and coach Business Analyst I/II peers on best practices inclusive of story writing, backlog hygiene, and stakeholder facilitation. Your leadership ensures each sprint delivers measurable business value, aligns to strategic objectives, and meets agreed upon quality standards. This role is located in Pewaukee WI onsite with flexibility.
