About The Position

Join the team as a Software Automation Engineering Intern. You will be instrumental in improving and maintaining RV Tech's automation library and designing software automation for end-to-end customer use cases. This role has a strong focus on coding and hands-on automation work.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at an accredited US or Canadian university.
• Proficient in Python.

Nice To Haves

• Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field with the intent to return to school following completion of internship.
• Experience with continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Android and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of working with scripting languages like Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.
• Understanding of Software Engineering Development Process.
• Knowledge of working with CI/CD systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, document, and maintain software automation of end-to-end customer use cases.
• Ensure the automation framework is robust and modular through utility files and structured tests.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the automation framework and test cases.
• Write test code to test for quality, robustness, and functional correctness, including edge cases.
