We are looking for a senior software engineer with a degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering to join the Calibre product software development team. Calibre's high-capacity and high-performance tools are key to our customers' success in building integrated circuits (ICs) for the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting high-capacity and high-performance software for IC verification. Challenges will include computational geometry, high-performance data-structures, multi-threading, and multi-platform support. You will be part of a group of senior software engineers and architects contributing to new components and algorithms and supporting existing components. You will collaborate with product management, quality assurance, technical publications, and customer support to deliver high-quality products on schedule. You will participate in scheduling and estimation of tasks, and assist in defining and developing software development best practices.
