About The Position

Designs, enhances, and maintains the organization’s digital platforms, including applications, websites, and mobile apps. This role ensures software solutions align with business goals and delivers seamless user experience through collaboration and continuous improvement. Job Description: Designs, develops, and maintains software applications across platforms, ensuring high performance, reliability, and user gratification. Provides software development expertise to create and implement scalable solutions aligned with business goals, while delivering technical support and conducting thorough testing to ensure quality and minimize downtime. Builds and updates websites and mobile applications that meet security, performance, and accessibility standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize features and integrations aligned with business needs. Maintains clear documentation and leverages emerging technologies to enhance code maintainability, foster knowledge sharing, and drive continuous innovation. Monitors compliance with technical standards and evaluates process effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational policies and drive continuous improvement. Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations. Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services. Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility. Additional Job Description: Education Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Experience 3-5 years of experience in software development, with knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and PL/SQL, among others. Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role: Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 5 years of experience in a related role. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for test and deployment automation is preferred. Competencies (Skills) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and project management tools like JIRA is preferred. Proficiency in mobile development technologies (Android, iOS) is preferred. Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to document clearly and precisely. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks according to business objectives. Requirements
