You shall be required to work in our PCI Norman office on a hybrid basis (some days at home and some days in the Norman office). A Software Analyst plays a crucial role in the development and enhancement of software systems, ensuring they meet the needs of end-users and business objectives. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication to bridge the gap between software developers and end-users.
Responsibilities
- Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products
- Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with application development team.
- Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features
- Understands and have working knowledge of Agile process.
- Validate Alignment of Data and Integration requirements
- Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements
- Lead execution to test cases in client environment
- Other duties as assigned
