Sound like you? Let’s talk. What are we looking for: Fun, reliable, and a little weird, that's what we need right now! The eCommerce/Soft goods fabrication team is responsible for prepping, boxing and shipping small to medium sized banners and pillows. This is a full time hourly position that will work Monday – Friday with start time of 6:30 AM and are 8 hour shifts, additionally you could be asked to work 10 hour shifts and/or weekend work as needed. The position pays $18 an hour. A good sense of humor, incredible work ethic and motivation to burst through ceilings are essential. Requirements

• Pull, push or Lift 20 pounds consistently
• Constantly moving around the production floor up to 10 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery such as hot air welders, sewing machines, large format printers, grommet machine, and computer guided cut machines.
• Boxing up material and working in a shipping program to print labels.
• Inspection of finished products including functionality and aesthetics.
• Always paying attention to detail and checking work before handing it off to next operation.
• Ability to keep on-pace with other team members.
• Troubleshoot product issues with other members in the department.
• Follow standard work.
• Flexibility when it comes to cross training for other job functions
• Speaking up and engaging in continuous improvement
