About The Position

T3i is looking for a full time Technical Support Operations (TSO) Instructor. The STCO Instructor will be able to teach all aspects of the MARSOC SOF Tactical Cyber - Technical Surveillance Course and be responsible for managing a cadre of SME instructors to provide instruction for all course/program objectives. They will also provide inputs on course materials, curriculum, training school sequence and methods of delivery to support training program objectives. This position is contingent on the award of a government contract to T3i. Responsibilities: The contractor shall provide SOF Tactical Cyber (STCO)/Technical Support Operations (TSO) Instructors to augment Government instructor and administrative staff for training requirements. Contractor personnel shall be capable of instructing in all aspects within the SOF Tactical Cyber - Technical Surveillance Course POI, to include SOF Cyber Basics, Publicly Available Information Scrapping, Surveillance – 802.11 / Bluetooth Survey, Method of Entry, Close Target Reconnaissance, Cyber Operations, Basic Electronics, and Commercial off the Shelf Construction. The contractor shall ensure that all personnel are fully qualified and that all SMEs are abreast of current and emerging technologies, are tactical and technology proficient in the latest Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTPs) related to the core tasks of the MARSOC Tactical Cyber, Technical Surveillance Operations, and MRTC Special Operations Forces Level I Special Reconnaissance Course. Remain proficient and capable of providing instruction/SME input for all of the following areas: SOF Tactical Cyber Techniques Software Defined Radio, RF / 802.11 / BT / SDR Survey All phase of Adversary Emulation Operations Command Line Interface (CLI) Linux, and Windows Operating Systems Shell scripting, programming language and Python scripting language OSI Model Network Security Basics Vulnerability Research Research and developing new exploitation techniques Digital Camera Operations and Surveillance Photography Remote Camera Operations Close Target Reconnaissance (CTR) instruction Surveillance instruction to include Practical Exercise Scenario Development Tactical Audio and Video Instructions (TAVS) Basic Electronics and Commercial Off the Shelf Electronics Modification Fabrication Instruction Method of Entry LVl 1, LVL 2 and LVL 3 Tracking Devices to include, Satellite, Iridium, RF, DF and Global Star

Requirements

• Graduate of MARSOF Tactical Cyber Course or MARSOF Technical Surveillance Course, Special Forces Brighton Course or a SOCOM Technical Surveillance – SOF Cyber Course that encompasses ALL 5 primary phases of instruction: Cyber Basics, Surveillance, Cyber Operations - Tagging, Tracking and Locating, Close Target Reconnaissance, Methods of Entry.
• Completion of Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC)
• 5 years of Technical Support operations experience as either a military or DOD civilian or 1 year of recent experience instructing MARSOC Technical Surveillance Cyber Course, Special Forces Brighton Course or equivalent SOCOM Tactical Cyber or Technical Support Operations curriculum and techniques.
• Required Background Check: TS/SCI
• Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
