Integrated Data Services (IDS) is seeking a talented Program Manager (PM) to join our team. This ambitious self-starter will manage software development programs for our DoD customers. The PM works closely with an array of government counterparts to plan and execute program activities. The position will manage the definition of requirements, organize process and/or IT focused gap analysis, review detailed design documentation such as process flows, narratives and configuration guides, develop executive presentations and conduct executive demonstrations. The position will work with teams leveraging numerous technologies with an emphasis on new-build web applications, data integration and system interfaces. The PM will also work closely with the customer to recommend policies and directives incorporating our software into business processes. Successful candidates will have experience with DoD program management and policy analysis, work well in a collaborative environment, think creatively, thrive under pressure, and be able to adjust to shifting priorities quickly. Candidates will possess effective diplomatic, time management, and oral and written communication skills.

  • Serve as primary liaison between IDS and USSOCOM SOF AT&L to ensure that IDS is providing the best level of support and delivering quality products that meet or exceed the government's expectations.
  • Manages the SOF AT&L contract, which is the contract vehicle used by USSOCOM to PMRT complete development and CCaR blueprinting activities.
  • Assists in the process of preparing ROMs, reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and creating the draft proposals for submission to the government.
  • Manages all requirements across multiple CLINs, and numerous Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs)/deliverables.
  • Ensures that IDS is working according to the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS) and delivering CDRLs on time.
  • Works closely with other IDS employees to ensure that IDS is delivering quality products and services to the government.
  • Manages the schedule for the contract and ensures that IDS is maintaining that schedule, and/or keeping the SOF AT&L aware of any schedule or cost risks.
  • Manages a multitude of requests from the government that while not necessarily tied to a contract effort are important to address to keep the great working relationship IDS has built and maintained with the customer for many years.
  • Supervises a team of a project manager and business analysts who perform the day-to-day management of the contract requirements.
  • Expertise in program, contract, and financial management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with software development processes, especially agile methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and personnel management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate activities.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to customer service and professional excellence.
  • Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) experience and/or certification is required.
