As an SOE Compliance Program Manager (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following: Support SOE (State Owned Entity Program) intake by triaging requests, inquiries, and escalations in a timely and accurate manner Assist with compliance and governance workflows, including policy adherence, documentation review, and audit readiness Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Program Management Maintain and update SOE documentation, trackers, and process artifacts to ensure consistency and clarity Identify risks, gaps, and trends within SOE workflows and surface insights or recommendations proactively Support process improvements to streamline operations and improve stakeholder experience Provide status updates, reporting, and operational metrics related to SOE program health Ensure all work aligns with standards, policies, and data-handling requirements of the organization This job is for you if: You are organized and reliable, and you enjoy keeping high-volume operational workflows on track through clear triage, routing, and follow-through.
