Be a part of the Silver Diner Family! Winner of the 2020 TDn2K Best Practices Award for the Family Dining Category! We are hiring for openings for full-time Soda Jerks (Barista)! Weekends and holiday availability is required for these open positions. You must be of legal age to serve alcohol to be considered for this opportunity. Soda Jerks are a classic diner position that have evolved into what many call baristas today. They make all of the hand-dipped shakes, premium mixed beverages, sundaes, and desserts that diners are known for. If you have a passion for hospitality, connecting with people, and serving great food on the cutting edge of hot trends, Silver Diner is the place for you! We are looking for contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic people to be the face of our brand to our guests. Our restaurant includes an industry-leading 3-level Germicidal Ultra-Violet LED and air purification system that has attracted national attention in the news and media. These systems work together to clean the air and surfaces in our restaurant of germs, bacteria, and viruses to create the safest environment for our associates and guests.
