Description Multi-Flow Industries is looking for a full-time Soda & Beer Installer/Customer Service Technician . Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Route Delivery Experience
  • Mechanical Ability Required
  • Able to Lift 50 pounds
  • Clean driving record
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Comfortable supporting team operations and assisting others in the field

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a lead, or supervisory capacity preferred

Responsibilities

  • Installation of new soda systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance to include cleaning of beer lines, inspection, and cleaning of draft beer equipment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot draft beer and soda systems to identify poor pouring or dispensing issues: communicate findings of problems or issues: recommend solutions.
  • Train and learn the installation and servicing of soda systems and equipment.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Provide Route Delivery Driver support as needed.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
  • Keep company provided vehicle neat and maintained
  • Assist with warehouse housekeeping/inventory rotation
  • Team Support & Route Coordination
  • Assist in coordinating daily routes and supporting team coverage as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for drivers/technicians in the field
  • Provide guidance and support to new or less experienced team members
  • Help ensure adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and service expectations
  • Communicate field updates and operational issues to management
