Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves-one that behaves like a doctor in the family. You will work with members telephonically and in-person to complete a holistic biopsychosocial assessment, provide education to improve health outcomes, assess Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), and provide community resources. You will participate in process improvement and other pilot programs as they arise, and works with other Oscar teams to ensure exceptional care for our members. You will report to the Senior Manager, Clinical. Work Location: You must be based in the Atlanta, Georgia. You will be a mix of remote work from home, facility visits, and member home visits.
