About The Position
The GS-12 DOM RRTP Social Work Supervisor position is located at the Domiciliary Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program in Menlo Park, CA. This program provides a range of mental health services aimed at rehabilitating individuals facing homelessness and other related issues, such as substance use and serious mental illness, within a therapeutic community context. The incumbent will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and will take on some programmatic administrative tasks, potentially serving as a delegated leader in the absence of the DOM RRTP Coordinator. The role includes supervising Social Work and Peer Specialist staff at various grade levels, managing a small caseload, and providing direct clinical services to residents. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
