Requirements
- Master's in Social Work (Required)
- CPR Required
- BLS
- Valid Driver's License
- Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
Nice To Haves
- LCSW Preferred
Responsibilities
- Plans, implements and organizes social work resources
- Evaluates and provides treatment regarding mental health issues for patients
- Linkage to resources in the community.
