Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work required.
- Strong understanding of social work values, ethics, and best practices, with the ability to translate them into meaningful, real-world impact.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with providers, staff, and diverse patient populations.
- Ability to mentor and guide Social Work students, when eligible.
- Current Maryland licensure (LMSW, LCSW, or LCSW-C) through the Board of Social Work Examiners, or license eligibility at one of these levels.
- At least one year of post-graduate social work experience in a healthcare setting
Nice To Haves
- Ambulatory care experience preferred.
