About The Position
The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required for position. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
Requirements
- Master's degree required
- NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required
- Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/LCSW required
- Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required
- Eves w/ eo wknd & hols; 3p-11p
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred
