Social Worker – Enfield - Housing Project Team - £32 per hour

About The Position

You will undertake Care Act assessments and review needs, with a primary focus on the Extra Care Sheltered Housing Project. Additionally, you will handle some generic Care Management work/cases. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive care and support to the community’s adults. The project is initially set for a duration of 3 months.

Requirements

Proven experience in Adult Social Care
Ability to undertake comprehensive assessments and reviews
Experience with Care Management tasks
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
