About The Position

Aurora Behavioral Health System is seeking licensed or license-eligible Social Workers/Therapists to work as patient care managers with patients. The successful candidate will manage a varying caseload, providing either in-patient or outpatient psychiatric services. Key skills include strong group therapy and psycho-education, exceptional customer service, and demonstrated documentation experience. A working knowledge of the utilization review process and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential. Aurora Behavioral Health System is the state's largest free-standing behavioral health system, a Level 1 acute care hospital licensed to treat adults and adolescents for a wide range of psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency. The team is dedicated to the wellness of individuals, their families, and the community through prevention, intervention, and treatment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or counseling
• Licensed or license eligible in the state of Arizona: LPC, LMSW, LMFT or LISAC (LAC or LASAC or License Eligible with a master's degree will be considered if working toward licensure)
• Two years minimum Social Work experience in a behavioral health setting
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts on the weekend
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical
• Must be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card
