About The Position

Social Worker Responsibilities: Organizing, developing and coordinating aspects of resident care. Initial and ongoing assessments required to meet resident needs. Liaison between the resident, family & staff regarding concerns, which may arise.

Requirements

• At least one year experience in Social Service work in a long term care setting preferred but not necessary
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• LSW or a degree in social work required, a degree in similar field with experience on long term care will be considered.
