Requirements

• Graduate of a master’s program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Current licensure in the state of Michigan.
• A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.

Nice To Haves

• At least one (1) year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the psychosocial needs of patients and their environments, sharing findings with the care team.
• Conduct social evaluations and create intervention plans based on findings.
• Maintain detailed clinical records for all referred patients.
• Prepare comprehensive clinical and progress notes.
• Provide patients and families with resources and referrals to address practical and environmental needs.
• Deliver care with passion and compassion in every interaction.
