About The Position

The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on an inpatient setting. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.
• LCSW Required
• Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and CWS required.
• Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.

Nice To Haves

• Membership in the NASW Academy is a plus.
• Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.
• Additional language fluency and computer literacy preferred.
