Social Worker Full-Time | Baltimore, Maryland Note: This role would be supporting at 2-3 school locations in Baltimore How you’ll be there for students: Be their advocate, confidence builder, and difference maker. Play a critical role in supporting the behavioral, personal, emotional, and social development of students. Requirements

Master's Degree in counseling or related field.
Active Social Worker license- LCSWC, LMSW, LGPC and LCPC
Experience working with students desired.

Responsibilities

Positively impact students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.
Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling, focusing on academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
Conduct learning assessments to reveal students' strengths and areas for growth, informing referrals as needed.
Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that align with students' unique needs.
Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork.
Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students.
Foster trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures.
