About The Position
Lake Forest Place is seeking a dedicated Temporary Full-Time Social Worker for the Social Services Department. Join the team at Lake Forest Place, a Presbyterian Living community, an independent, non-profit senior living care organization offering full continuum of care from independent and assisted living to skilled nursing and memory care at four luxury retirement communities. As a key member of the Lake Forest Team, you will develop and implement plans to connect intermediate and skilled care residents and their families with our resources and services. Your role will support and enhance their activities within our community. You will also assess and coordinate the needs of older adults, leveraging the services provided by Presbyterian Living to maximize their engagement and activities both within our community and beyond.
