Requirements
- NYS LMSW/LCSW/LMHC License, Limited Permit accepted
- MSW Special support given to prepare for licensing exam within 6 months
Responsibilities
- Provide Individual, Family and Group Therapy, supervised by unit clinical leadership
- Complete psychosocial assessments and identify psychosocial issues impacting patients and their families
- Work with unit team to address resources for aftercare and treatment needs
- Work with outside agency’s as part of the discharge planning process
