About The Position

You'll join a team with a strong work ethic, with management and co-workers who want to make a positive impact in our residents' lives. The Social Worker is responsible that medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures and current Federal and State guidelines and regulations. This position serves as the licensed Social Worker for the Health Center.
